SaaS Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SaaS Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Track project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA teams.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between development efforts and business objectives.
Agile & ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodologies
Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage backlog grooming and prioritization with product owners.
Optimize workflows to enhance team productivity.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address roadblocks and ensure seamless execution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project transparency.
Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership.
Gather and incorporate customer feedback into project iterations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in SaaS project management.
Strong knowledge of Agile and ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodologies.
Experience with project management tools JIRA.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Technical background in software development.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
