This role requires a detailed understanding of construction costs, contractor numbers, contingencies, utilities, and other key factors that influence project profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain 30-year proformas for various real estate projects.
- Analyze and project construction costs, including materials, labor, and contractor fees.
- Incorporate contractor contingencies and utility costs into financial models.
- Calculate the total cost to build, including mortgage amounts and affordable rent rates.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to gather accurate data.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support project planning and decision-making.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in financial modeling, particularly with long-term proformas.
