Responsibilities:
1. GRAPHIC DESIGN
• Execute high-quality graphic design projects, ranging from marketing materials to digital assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Experience and passion for exploring AI technology integration
2. WEBSITE | UI DESIGN
• Visual Design:
o Designing graphic elements such as icons, buttons, and layouts.
o Ensuring consistency in visual elements across the site.
• User Interface (UI) Design:
o Designing the interface to be intuitive and user-friendly.
o Implementing design principles to enhance usability.
• Responsive Design:
o Ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and works well on various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Working closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.
o Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
3. VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN
• Develop and maintain strong and consistent visual identities for sub-brands.
• Create compelling visual elements, including logos, color palettes, and typography, that resonate with the brand's values and target audience.
4. COLLABORATION
• Work closely with the other tea
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to meet project demands.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Senior or Professional Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant software.
• In-depth understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating impactful presentation decks and visual storytelling.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+, preferrably 5+ years of experience in brand design and graphic design roles.
