Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled virtual assistant. The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying and securing high-quality cat products from reliable suppliers that fit our brand, ensuring timely delivery and optimal quality and cost-effectiveness. This role demands an efficient approach, excellent research skills, and good communication skills across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers that meet our quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals while maintaining high quality and service standards.
• Regularly evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as quality, speed of delivery, and reliability.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of products.
• Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, including supplier evaluations, orders placed, and the status of shipments.
• Communicate regularly with the team and management about sourcing strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sourcing products
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for remote communication and data management, particularly Microsoft Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
