JOB OVERVIEW

Beacon Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Product Sales Specialist who will play a critical role in achieving the company’s sales targets. This role shall be a product-focused sales position that manages the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation, negotiation, closure, and account management, as well as contribute to the product lifecycle.

Work Location: Quezon City

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify leads who fit the target market for assigned products.
• Manage and maintain the client base to sustain sales efforts
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiating and closing sales deals, as well managing renewals and upsells
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
• Act as the product expert by staying up to date with product updates and development progress
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing client feedback for the further improvement of the assigned products
• Collaborate with other sales and technical teams as a product champion, working on business development opportunities where assigned products may be offered
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Job Description:
• Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads
• Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities
• Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process
• Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation
• Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible
• Develops a strong relationship with our Customers
• Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period
• Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis
• Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them
• Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any IT related course
• At least 3 years of experience under a sales or account management role, primarily handling IT products or business automation software.
• Familiarity with product / software development lifecycles and frameworks
• Affinity towards different aspects of marketing
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Capable of cross-team collaboration
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Flexible and agile in the management of tasks and responsibilities
