We are a fast-growing skincare startup on a mission to deliver clean, premium, and user-centric products directly to our customers. With an established brand guideline in place, we’re looking to expand our creative team with a dedicated Product Designer who is passionate about elevating user experiences on our Shopify website.

The Role
As our Product Designer, you will be responsible for transforming our brand vision into engaging visual experiences on our Shopify platform. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure that every design element—from UI components to graphic assets—communicates our brand’s story and drives customer engagement. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with our products, influencing both usability and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Visual UI Design:
- Craft clean, minimalist, and user-centric interfaces for our Shopify website in alignment with our established brand guidelines.
- Develop engaging visual elements (buttons, icons, banners, etc.) that drive conversions and enhance user flow.

Visual Graphics & Marketing Assets:
- Create high-quality visual graphics for online campaigns, product pages, and other digital touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency across all visual assets to maintain a unified brand identity.

Collaboration & Iteration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, and content) to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate on concepts based on feedback and usability testing.

User-Centric Focus:
- Apply a deep understanding of user experience principles to create intuitive designs that are both beautiful and functional.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in DTC design and e-commerce UX to continuously elevate our design approach.

What We’re Looking For
Portfolio & Experience:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with modern, minimalist design—especially within the DTC space.
- Proven experience designing for e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.

Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of front-end design considerations to effectively communicate with developers.
- Experience using modern Shopify design tools like Replo is a plus.

Mindset & Communication:
- A user-centric approach with a keen eye for detail and visual consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points:
- Prior experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices and A/B testing.
