Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly patches to put on hats, designs to print on shirts and camo patterns - with a primary focus on creating visually compelling designs using Adobe Illustrator. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products and ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Illustration: Use Adobe Illustrator to create detailed, high-quality designs, illustrations, and prototypes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve designs and meet project requirements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.

Requirements:
Must work on EST
Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (expert-level skills preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration work.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
