Your role:
As a Procurement Optimization Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement operations and fostering seamless collaboration across departments. Utilizing your exceptional sourcing, communication, and problem-solving skills, you'll spearhead various projects, driving proactive improvements and implementing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement Excellence: Oversee day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient logistics management.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships across departments, facilitating open communication and effective teamwork.
• Supplier Partnership: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods and services, while also evaluating supplier performance and maintaining positive relationships.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and effectively multitasking to meet organizational objectives.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, conducting thorough research and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring regulatory compliance and meticulously reviewing documentation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and potential new product opportunities.
• New Project Management: Take the lead on managing new projects, particularly those involving product diversification, by sourcing new vendors and expanding our supplier base.
• Confidentiality Assurance: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive procurement-related information.
Requirements:
• Night shift experience (at least two years)
• Reliable internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speeds.
• A backup prepaid Wi-Fi/internet connection is available as a contingency.
• Own computer with the necessary specifications to fulfill job requirements, preferably i7 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Work Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Central Time), work hours may vary
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
