Probate Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Probate Paralegal with a strong background in probate law in California. You will be working full-time (50 hours/week), during US business hours (PST). To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Advanced level of English, spoken and written (C level);
- Probate law experience in the US, with at least 2 years specific to California;
- Experience preparing legal documents, such as letters, appeals, and briefs;
- Experience filing legal documents, including motions and appeals;
- Strong background in case management and discovery support;
- Experience conducting legal research and liaising with clients;
- Familiarity with Clio (required);
- Knowledge of CEB and Lexis Nexis (desirable but not essential);
- Willingness to work 50 hours/week, from home, permanently;
- Quiet home office with internet and power backup.

You will be assigned to a single client, working closely on a long-term, permanent basis. If you have a proven track record in probate law and are eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
