At Gutter Guru Business LLC, we specialize in rain gutter and dryer vent cleaning services for property management companies, condo associations, hotels, school districts, and universities. We’re on a mission to grow our business intelligently by building a team that thrives on generating high-quality leads.

All of our leads come from cold email.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who doesn’t just execute campaigns but actively improves them. If you’re the type of person who spots a deliverability issue, analyzes performance, and optimizes for better results, then we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
Set up and optimize cold email campaigns using Instantly and/or Smartlead
Keep an eye on deliverability and fix issues before they become problems
A/B test subject lines, copy, and timing to boost engagement
Track performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements
Keep our email lists clean, segmented, and high-converting

What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Instantly & Smartlead
A proactive approach—you spot issues and fix them, not just report them
Strong copywriting skills that drive replies and conversions
Solid understanding of email deliverability & inbox placement
Data-driven mindset—someone who loves testing, tracking, and improving
