JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce fashion business serving an American/English-speaking audience. We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team and improve our customer service feedback score.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service via email.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers.
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate to improve service strategies.

**Requirements:**

- Extensive customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
- Experience with e-commerce businesses.
- Perfect English communication skills.
- Proven high customer satisfaction rates.
- Responsible, communicative, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Availability to work around 30 hours per week.
- Bonus: Past experience with Shopify / Helpscout.

**Compensation:**

- Hourly rate: $2-5/hr
- Performance-based bonuses

- We will probably hire 2 people.
- One of the new employees will need to work on the weekend, and get 2 OFF days during the middle of the week instead. The person who will work during the weekend will get higher pay.
