We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Amazon Private Label Specialist to help manage the entire process of sourcing, creating, launching, and scaling private label products. Role Summary:
As the Amazon Private Label Specialist, you will play a critical role in our product lifecycle – from identifying promising product opportunities to managing successful launches and ongoing optimization. This role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and experienced in Amazon’s ecosystem, with the added advantage of familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, which can drive product engagement and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research & Sourcing:
- Identify and validate potential private label product opportunities based on market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape.
- Develop criteria for product selection, taking into account factors such as profitability, scalability, and uniqueness.
- Source reliable suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating terms, quality standards, and production timelines.

Product Development & Branding:
- Collaborate on product design and branding to ensure high-quality, distinctive, and marketable private label products.
- Coordinate with suppliers on packaging, labeling, and product specifications to meet Amazon requirements and brand guidelines.

Product Launch & Marketing:
- Develop and execute successful product launch strategies, including optimizing listings with compelling content and high-quality images.
- Implement marketing strategies, including Amazon PPC campaigns, to drive visibility and sales.
- Leverage TikTok and other social media platforms for organic and paid advertising, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and manage logistics to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory control.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track key metrics (sales, ranking, reviews, profitability) to continuously improve product performance.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding pricing, marketing, and inventory adjustments.
- Implement strategies to manage customer reviews, optimize listings, and maintain a high seller rating.

Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years managing and launching private label products on Amazon, with a successful track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with Amazon research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa) to analyze market data, keyword trends, and competition.
- E-commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace dynamics, including PPC advertising, listing optimization, and compliance requirements.
- Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of TikTok marketing and other social media platforms to amplify brand presence and drive product launches is a bonus.
- Experience with Bundles: Any experience in creating and managing product bundles is a bonus, as it adds versatility and value to our product offerings.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams.
