We work with various energy providers to negotiate competitive pricing for our clients. As we expand, we are seeking an exceptional Pricing Specialist to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

Role Overview:

The Pricing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best energy pricing by analysing power provider rates, preparing price comparisons, and generating proposals. This position requires strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, making it ideal for a mathematics major or someone with advanced numerical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Request pricing from power providers and update internal records accordingly.
Analyse received pricing and perform price comparisons using structured methodologies.
Prepare pricing proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Monitor pricing changes for existing customers and calculate new rates when necessary.
Utilize PandaDoc to generate and manage contracts and proposals.
Work within Upgrade to see actual info CRM to track client data, pricing updates, and deal progress.
Ensure 100?curacy in all calculations and documentation.
Identify trends and insights in energy pricing to support better decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong mathematical background (Mathematics major preferred, or equivalent analytical skills).
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Extreme attention to detail – mistakes in pricing can have major consequences.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and ability to work with complex formulas.
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Upgrade to see actual info) and document management tools like PandaDoc.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in energy pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with the New Zealand energy market (or willingness to learn quickly).
