Pricing and Client Relationship Specialist

Hostly is a young, fast-growing Airbnb management company based in the UK and Zanzibar, Tanzania.

We have a brilliant & friendly team, based in the Philippines, South Africa, Zanzibar & The UK. Together, we manage a mixture of 60 apartments, houses, villas and a small luxury hotel across both locations.

With our recent growth we are now looking to on-board an experienced Pricing and Quoting specialist to help us maintain, update and improve our existing listings.

As our Pricing and Quoting Specialist, you'll be a key player in maximizing our profit via regular market research and client communication.

What you'll be doing:
• Pricing Strategy: Regularly test and adjust the pricing of our properties to maximize revenue while maintaining high occupancy levels.
• Client Communication: Draft and send well-written quotes to potential guests and clients.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture partnerships with tour operators and other businesses to boost B2B bookings.
Who you'll be:
• Someone with an analytical mind and a background in dynamic pricing, revenue management, or a similar field.
• A strong communicator, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional emails.
• A relationship-builder who can create and maintain partnerships that drive bookings.
• An innovator who can think on the spot to create prevention methods and/or solutions to problems that may arise in his line of work.
