We’ve achieved this growth in a little over 2 years. We’re now ready to see our content reach even more people by making it available as audio podcasts.

We’re looking for a team member to produce & post 2 podcasts a week. We’re going to create 2 separate podcast channels. One for myself — Peter D — and, one for Tracy.

Initially, your job will be to work with us to sign up with a podcast distributor like Castos or Podbean and then place our podcast on all distribution channels, including Apple & Google.

Once the account has been set up, your weekly duties will be to take the 2 raw videos we film and convert them into podcasts. This will mostly be you simply striping the audio out and dressing it up with an intro, music when instructed, and an outro. You’ll need to pay attention to the content so you can remove or replace any visual references made while recording. We want your final products to seem like they were recorded just for listeners.

Our niche is spiritual growth, awakening & ascension. Being familiar with these topics is important.

We’re offering $3.50 an hour for 20 to 30 hours a week as your starting wage. If we’re satisfied with your work after 6 months, we’ll raise your salary to $4 per hour.

A successful candidate will:
• have a strong command of the English language
• have access to and be proficient with an audio editing program
• be able to understand and follow instructions
• show creativity and artistic flare in production
• be able to keep a regular schedule and meet deadlines
• be a team player
• be available for a weekly team meeting (probably at 7:30 AM Tuesday mornings US Mountain Time)

I’m going to interview the top candidates based on your submissions. After interviews I will send a raw video file to the 3 most qualified candidates and ask you to produce a sample podcast from it.
