**What You’ll Do**
As podcast manager, you will be responsible for booking guests, managing the full production workflow, and ensuring each episode is engaging and widely distributed. You’ll collaborate with social media, PR, and internal teams to repurpose content, engage with the audience, and drive growth. You’ll work closely with the content assistant, who will handle CE accreditation and regulatory compliance, ensuring all content meets the highest standards.
**Guest Coordination & Relationship Management**
- Research, identify, and secure high-value guests.
- Handle scheduling, confirmations, and communication before and after the episode.
- Manage guest relationships, including thank-you gifts and sharing listener feedback.
**Production & Content Strategy**
- Develop episode outlines and research materials.
- Work with the video/audio editor and content assistant to ensure high production quality.
- Oversee the repurposing of podcast insights into newsletters, blogs, and courses.
**Publishing & Engagement**
- Manage episode distribution across all major platforms.
- Track performance metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategy.
- Engage with listeners and foster community discussions.
**What You Bring**
- Experience managing a podcast, including guest booking and content strategy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple moving parts.
- Ability to collaborate with editors, social teams, and PR teams.
- Understanding of content repurposing strategies for maximum reach.
