About the Podcast
We are a thriving podcast dedicated to empowering listeners to overcome perfectionism, reclaim their authenticity, and live boldly. With over 180 episodes and counting, we’re committed to delivering valuable, transformative content every week.

What You’ll Do
As our Podcast Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end production and promotion of our weekly episodes. Your responsibilities include:

1. Podcast Production & Publishing:
- Edit and clean up podcast audio for professional sound quality.
- Upload weekly episodes to Buzzsprout with accurate metadata and show notes.
- Manage and coordinate guest interviews using Calendly.

2. Social Media Content Creation:
- Design and create eye-catching Instagram quote cards and reels based on podcast content.
- Develop engaging thumbnails and visual content for YouTube.

3. Video Production:
- Edit and upload podcast videos to YouTube, ensuring visual and audio quality.
- Design professional and clickable video thumbnails.

4. Project Management:
- Maintain an organized workflow to ensure all deadlines are met consistently.
- Communicate regularly with the host to coordinate schedules and updates.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with audio editing tools like Descript, Riverside, Audacity, GarageBand, or Adobe Audition.
- Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
- Strong graphic design abilities for creating visually appealing social media content.
- Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout preferred).
- Knowledge of YouTube optimization, including thumbnails and tagging.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for mental health, personal development, and helping others thrive.

Job Details
- **Type:** Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

- **Compensation:** $4-$7 an hour
