Podcast Clip Research and Editing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Virtual Assistant to help curate high-quality podcast content for our brand. Your role will involve researching relevant podcasts, identifying engaging clips, and organizing them for our TikTok affiliate marketing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for compelling content, basic video editing skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
? Research and find podcasts related to detox, health, longevity, and performance (topics provided).
? Clip attention-grabbing and educational moments from episodes.
? Categorize clips into full-length segments and 15-second highlights for social media.
? Organize and label clips using a structured Google Drive system.
? Submit a daily summary report with direct links for approval.

Requirements:
???? Strong research skills and ability to find relevant podcast episodes quickly.
???? Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Descript, or similar).
???? Highly organized with strong attention to detail in naming and categorization.
???? Self-motivated and able to meet weekly output goals (10-20 full clips, 30-50 short clips).
???? Ability to take feedback and refine clip selection for maximum engagement.

Preferred (but not required):
????? Familiarity with top health & science podcasts (Joe Rogan, Huberman, Lex Fridman, etc.).
???? Experience in content repurposing for social media marketing.
