Plush Toy Product Designer

We are looking for a talented Plush Toy Concept Artist & Technical Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for developing unique plush toy designs, from the initial concept phase to technical specifications for production. Your work will directly shape our next plush toy collection!

Your Responsibilities:
Concept Development:

Receive an idea for a plush toy collection and turn it into visually appealing concept art.
Create concept sketches manually and enhance them using AI tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and other AI platforms.
Be creative and push the boundaries of plush toy design!

Technical Drawings & Specifications:

Translate concept art into detailed technical drawings using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Define precise height, width, weight, colors, stitching details, and materials for production.
Ensure all specifications are clear and ready for manufacturing.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with our production team and designers via WhatsApp to ensure the final product matches the design vision.
Communicate effectively with manufacturers to troubleshoot any design challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
? Passion for Plush Toys – If you love plush toys, this job is for you! Tell us about your favorite brands and collections.
? Creative & AI-Assisted Design Skills – Experience in hand-drawn concept art and working with AI tools to speed up the design process.
? Strong Technical Drawing Skills – Prior experience in creating technical design sheets for production.
? Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator – You must be comfortable creating digital concept art and refining designs.
? Good Communication Skills – Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus!) for seamless communication with our international team.
? Full-Time Availability – We need someone committed to working full-time in a remote setup.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Great to Have!):
Knowledge of plush toy production and materials.
Experience working with manufacturers.
Ability to speak Mandarin for better communication with production teams.
