We’re seeking a highly experienced Pinterest Virtual Assistant to help grow our email list and attract members to our coaching business. If you have a proven track record in Pinterest marketing and want to be part of women’s personal development brand out to do good in the world, this role is for you.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Strategically manage Pinterest to grow our email list and funnel ideal clients into our coaching membership.
Create, run, and optimize Pinterest ad campaigns with a focus on ROI, traffic, and conversions.
Design high-converting graphics and pins using Canva or similar tools.
Drive traffic to lead magnets, landing pages, and sales funnels, ensuring all elements align to convert traffic into email subscribers and paying members.
Set up, manage, and optimize funnels, email campaigns, and automations using System.io.
Segment and group email lists based on campaign performance, interests, and engagement.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Assist with related tasks, such as uploading blog content, refreshing lead magnets, or improving funnel elements to ensure seamless user experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing Pinterest accounts, ads, and campaigns with measurable results (email list growth, lead generation, ROI).
Portfolio & Case Studies Required: Provide examples of campaigns you’ve managed, including ROI, traffic growth, and email subscriber increases.
Landing page and sales funnel experience is required for managing and optimizing funnels, email sequences, and automations.
Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Canva or similar tools for creating visually compelling, on-brand pins.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable managing integrations and automations between Pinterest, System.io, and email marketing tools.
Data-Driven: Ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to improve campaign results.
Strong Communication: Clear, consistent updates and collaboration with the team to align strategies with business goals.
