We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Pinterest SEO Specialist to join our team and help us spread our message of faith and self-discovery. This role is crucial in connecting our free resources, like our "Treasure Hunt" journaling prompts, with a wider audience through the power of Pinterest.

Imagine this: You're crafting eye-catching Pinterest graphics that not only look amazing but also drive traffic to our freebies, tripwire offers, YouTube channel, and website. You're a master of Pinterest SEO, ensuring our content shines brightly in search results. You're not just designing; you're building a community and inspiring spiritual growth.

What You'll Do:

Design Magic: Create a wide range of visually compelling graphics for Pinterest (static images, animated GIFs, video pins), adhering to brand guidelines and optimized for each format. Think eye-catching product pins, lifestyle imagery, and engaging content that encourages exploration of our Shopify store.
Pinterest Guru: Conduct keyword research, optimize pin descriptions and titles, and implement SEO strategies to boost organic reach and engagement. You’ll be instrumental in connecting our dormant Shopify store with a powerful Pinterest marketing strategy.
Content Strategist: Develop and execute a Pinterest content strategy that drives traffic to our freebies, tripwires, YouTube channel, and website. You'll craft compelling pin descriptions that encourage clicks and engagement.
Community Builder: Monitor and engage with our followers on Pinterest, fostering a welcoming and inspiring community.
Data Detective: Track and analyze Pinterest analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine our strategy.
What You'll Bring:

A strong understanding of design principles, SEO best practices, and the Pinterest platform.
A portfolio showcasing your design skills and Pinterest expertise (bonus points for examples related to faith-based content!).
Experience with Shopify integration and utilizing Pinterest analytics to track campaign effectiveness (highly desired).
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Tailwind.

Compensation:

This role offers a base rate of $8 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per month. A quarterly bonus may be available for exceptional performance.
