JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements of the contractor:
Strong communication skills (fluent English language skills both written and spoken)
Experience with virtual tour manipulation and post production
Strong Team Player
Able to work autonomously
Ability to follow standards and processes
Close eye to detail
A high quality laptop and strong internet connection
Experience in Quality Assurance and Asset Delivery
Professional real estate photography experience essential


Responsibilities of this contract:
Quality reviews of all customer facing products that we deliver including virtual tour, photography, floor plans, etc to ensure that they are up to both in house standards and client specific preferences
Identifying and reporting on defects, errors and sub standard assets as a result off offshore, VTT or automation issues
Reviewing and updating current processes that will allow us to maintain our high standards across all our products and ensuring they are adhered to
Editing images and correcting production issues as needed
Managing delivery flow as directed to ensure all assets are delivered
Adhering to delivery standards (SLA's, KPI's and Defect Rates to be reviewed periodically as set by manager)
Adhering to delivery KPI's and reduction of defect rates
Working with the Product Delivery team to optimise the product delivery for our clients
