### ** Responsibilities:**
?? **Photo Editing & Retouching:**
- Color correction, exposure fixes, and lighting adjustments
- Removing blemishes, unwanted objects, and refining details
- Background removal and photo manipulation

?? **YouTube Thumbnail Design:**
- Create **highly engaging, bold, and clickable** thumbnails
- Use **eye-catching colors, text overlays, and composition techniques**
- Ensure thumbnails match **current YouTube trends** for better CTR (click-through rate)

?? **Graphic Design for Social Media & Branding:**
- Create **IG, TikTok, and Facebook** graphics
- Design banners, promotional materials, and brand assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

### ** Requirements:**
???? **Expertise in Photoshop & Graphic Design Software** (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar)
???? **Experience in Photo Editing, Retouching, & Color Correction**
???? **Strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails & social media graphics**
???? **Understanding of YouTube's best practices for thumbnails & engagement strategies**
???? Ability to **work fast and meet deadlines**
???? Attention to detail and ability to bring creative ideas to life
