My client is looking for an experienced Photo Editor to enhance product and lifestyle photography with high-end retouching. This role requires an eye for detail, expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom, and the ability to maintain consistency across large-scale projects. The Photo Editor will work closely with the Director of Photography and a team of photographers to ensure all images meet the highest visual standards.

Responsibilities:
Photo Editing & Retouching
Perform high-end product retouching while maintaining a natural and authentic look.
Remove imperfections while preserving fine details.
Refine product textures, finishes, and surfaces to highlight quality.
Ensure accurate color matching and correction for a visually appealing result.
Manage complex surfaces such as reflective glass, metal, and transparent materials.
Retouch lifestyle images to achieve a polished yet natural aesthetic.
Execute advanced color grading and lighting adjustments.
Maintain consistency across all edited images to align with brand identity and quality standards.
Product Focus:

Primarily editing product photography for shampoo bottles, body care items, plastic containers, glass packaging, and similar products.
Workflow Management & Delivery
Efficiently process and manage large batches of images while maintaining quality.
Deliver high-resolution, fully edited images in required formats (e.g., JPEG) within deadlines.
Organize and maintain an accessible, structured photo library and archive system.
Ensure all edited files are properly backed up and stored securely (e.g., Dropbox).
Quality Assurance
Conduct meticulous quality checks to guarantee precision and consistency.
Address and resolve complex editing challenges, including lighting and exposure inconsistencies.
Clean up product images by reducing glare, reflections, and label distortions.
Retouch lifestyle images with a focus on maintaining natural skin tones while minimizing wrinkles.
Extend or adjust backgrounds to enhance composition when necessary.

Qualifications
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with advanced retouching, compositing, and masking skills.

Strong understanding of color theory, including color correction and enhancement.
Minimum three years (preferably five+) of professional photo editing experience in a high-volume or global environment.
