Thursday Boot Co. is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand on a mission to deliver the highest quality products, while upholding high ethical standards, and delighting customers around the world. We are looking for a Photo Editor to support our brand creative by retouching and editing image assets to the highest standard.

As a hands-on creator, this role will require you to work effectively and efficiently to ensure all deliverables are complete on-time and of the highest quality. You will be responsible for keeping up with our high volume of photographic content and making sure that everything is edited in keeping with our brand standards. The images that you edit will be utilized by our marketing team for our e-commerce website, ads, socials, and all other marketing endeavors, which is why it is imperative that the work gets done swiftly and thoroughly.

The ideal candidate should be an expert at photo editing, highly organized and detail oriented, and thrives in a demanding, fast paced environment.

This role reports to the Creative Marketing Manager and is fully remote.

You Will:
- Edit photos to maximize their usage across our website, marketing channels, and more
- Work with all types of photos, ranging from on-model lifestyle photography, in-studio still life, or product photography
- Be highly organized and able to edit large volumes of content
- Be able to fully understand the aesthetic of the brand and edit accordingly
- Be proficient at product photography editing, whose responsibilities could include wrinkle removal, shaping, general clean-up, background corrections, lighting corrections, compositing shots, etc
- Work with the Marketing Team to execute shared objectives and meet deadlines

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in photo editing; experience as a photographer is a plus
- Expert at photo editing and Photoshop & Lightroom
- Expert at retouching, color correction, color matching, masking out backgrounds, removing imperfections
- Expert at warping and reshaping product photos
- Experience with design programs (Adobe XD/ Sketch Figma/ Canva/ Illustrator/ InDesign) a plus
- Video editing a plus
- Knowledge of Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel
