JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based short-term residential letting company seeking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and require a detail-oriented individual who can handle daily guests comms tasks (phone, email and chat) and support on administrative tasks.

Job Description: As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of our operations, including guest support, property listings, and communication with online travel agencies (Airbnb, Booking.com VRBO, and others). Your daily tasks will involve guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, handling guest inquiries by phone, email and chat.

Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English for effective guest support through phone, email and chat
• Calendar Management (coordinating/arranging cleaning and maintenance schedules)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace for data entry and record keeping
• Experience as a Guest Support VA with excellent customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask
• Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Reliable computer/laptop (with extended monitor), internet connection, and backup data
• Ability to work as part of a small team with regular Zoom meetings.

Work Hours:
Monday – Friday - 12pm - 6pm (UK Time)
Can cover weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) if needed.

Our Offer:
•Hourly rate: $3.50 USD
After 1-month induction period:
•Pay rise to $3.75/hr
•10 days of paid holidays per year (commensurate to working hours)
•Christmas bonus (equivalent to 1 month pay)
•Annual pay review
