Part-Time Outreach & Client Relations Specialist
Remote | PST Hours | 20–30 Hours/Week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly communicative, self-motivated individual to help us grow our business through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Your responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying contacts through public database subscriptions
Reaching out to prequalified leads via phone and
Setting appointments and managing follow-ups
Handling inbound calls and returning voi
Supporting online marketing efforts (a plus, but not required)
This is not a call center role. You’ll be helping us build long-term relationships through personalized outreach and trickle campaigns designed to create real connection and trust.
Schedule:
Must be available to work 4–6 hours/day during PST business hours (e.g. 10am–2pm or 9am–3pm)
20–30 hours per week to start, with the potential to expand
About You:
You have exceptional verbal communication skills—please include a short intro video to introduce yourself and show off your phone presence
You’re focused, reliable, and thrive in a results-driven environment
You’re not juggling other jobs during the same hours—we need your full attention while you're on the clock
Bonus points if you have experience with online marketing or advertising
