Summary/Objective: This role is a sales-driven role responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to clients, their families, and referral sources. This position manages inquiry calls, processes admissions, and excels at converting leads. The Coordinator gathers essential data to qualify clients, verifies insurance, and assesses clinical and medical eligibility. Additionally, they conduct proactive outreach to potential clients, ensuring high conversion rates, and assist in finding alternative treatment options for non-eligible clients.

Handle inquiry calls and
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication, follow-up, and persuasive techniques.
Conduct outreach to potential clients and referral sources to boost lead conversion.
Coordinate with referral sources for client assessments and relay admission information to relevant departments.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain records of all inquiries and contacts.
Provide professional customer care, including facility tours and responding to inquiries.
Utilize information systems effectively and maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
Represent Nova Recovery Center positively in all external interactions.
Participate in team problem-solving and quality assurance initiatives.
Adhere to the dress code and work schedule.
Position Type/Expected Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST (Non-Negotiable)
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven sales experience in both inbound and outbound roles.
Expertise in sales outreach through phone and Zoom.
Strong ability to persuade, explain, and convince potential clients effectively.
