Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personal and commercial insurance quotes using our agency's systems and tools.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and quote generation.
Analyze client information to provide competitive and tailored insurance options.
Communicate effectively with the internal team to address any discrepancies or client queries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in quoting (EZLynx) and underwriting processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with insurance quoting software and tools.
Familiarity with the US insurance market is a plus.
