Job Overview
Shredder, a cutting-edge social platform for skiers and snowboarders, is looking for a strategic and creative Copywriter to manage the CEO’s personal Twitter (X) and LinkedIn, as well as contribute to the company’s blog. This role requires the ability to capture the CEO’s voice, craft compelling narratives, and drive engagement in the action sports and startup space.

Responsibilities
- Write and manage daily X (Twitter) posts that position the CEO as a thought leader in skiing, snowboarding, and the startup ecosystem.
- Create high-impact LinkedIn content that builds professional credibility, engages investors, and drives awareness of Shredder.
- Develop engaging blog articles for the Shredder website, covering skiing/snowboarding culture, industry trends, and product updates.
- Research and stay updated on winter sports trends, startup news, and industry conversations to craft timely and relevant content.
- Build a consistent content calendar for the CEO’s social media and ensure posts align with Shredder’s brand voice.
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content for better reach and impact.
- Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to align messaging with the company's growth strategy.
- Identify viral opportunities and execute creative ideas that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media writing, ghostwriting for executives, or brand copywriting.
- Ability to capture the CEO’s unique voice and translate it into engaging content.
- Deep understanding of Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and blog content strategy.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to make complex ideas engaging.
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor sports is a plus.
- Experience in startups, tech, or sports media is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience ghostwriting for CEOs, founders, or public figures.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with social media growth strategies and engagement tactics.
