We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and management team at The Park at 14th. This critical role involves managing executive-level tasks, organizing priorities, and conducting research to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their schedule, correspondence, and daily priorities.
Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
Conduct in-depth research and provide actionable insights on projects, industry trends, and operational improvements.
Take the lead on managing multiple organizational tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Maintain and organize critical documents, records, and files for seamless accessibility.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.
Proactively handle administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and managing email communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined workflows and effective communication.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost professionalism.

Qualifications:
