Personal Assistant and Sourcing

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Personal Assistant & Product Sourcing Specialist to support a thriving Amazon seller. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing daily business operations but mainly identifying and sourcing profitable products to drive growth. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency, but mainly conducting market research to find trending and in-demand items, and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

The ideal candidate has experience in Amazon FBA product sourcing and research, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like Keepa, Seller Amp Helium 10, or Jungle Scout is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
