Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist / Personal Assistant to support personal and administrative tasks for the employer and their spouse. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Acumatica software and Excel, and be capable of handling a dynamic variety of tasks. Familiarity with Shopify is preferred but not mandatory. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize inboxes, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist with personal tasks for the employer and their spouse as needed.
Provide day-to-day support for organizational and administrative needs.
Manage and organize data, ensuring accuracy and alignment across platforms.
Create and generate reports in Acumatica and Excel, providing insights or updates as needed.
Input, map, and organize data effectively, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Adapt to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities that may change daily.
Handle tedious or repetitive tasks with care and precision.
Maintain discretion when handling sensitive personal and professional information.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Acumatica software is required.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting).
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Experience with information mapping, reporting tasks, and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to resolving issues independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
