Perfect English Customer Support ($500/mo)

Hi, we're looking to hire someone who can learn our platform inside and out, then handle complex customer support emails.
When support tickets are caught up, you'll help with writing Help Desk articles, addressing common customer questions and concerns (which can then be used later in email responses).

We're looking for someone full-time to work US Eastern hours from 9am to 5pm Sunday-Friday (6 days, off Saturday, 48 hours per week). We will pay weekly via Payoneer.

To apply, we have a hypothetical test prompt. Pretend you work for Facebook support and someone writes in asking how to setup MFA on their account. Could you please write a sample of how you'd respond, walking them through how to secure their account? (actually explain it to them yourself, no linking to Facebook support materials please)
