Job Title: Payroll Specialist & Virtual Assistant
Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with a strong background in bookkeeping and proficiency in Zoho Books to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is eager to manage payroll and bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Process employee payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, manage accounts, and reconcile transactions using Zoho Books.
Data Management: Update and manage all relevant financial data in Zoho Books.
Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Communication: Collaborate with tea
Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping.
Proficient in using Zoho Books.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
