Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Payroll Onboarding Specialist to join the FRIDAY team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to our customers, ensuring they are set up for success with our platform. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the payroll setup process, analyzing client data for accuracy, and facilitating seamless communication throughout the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate customer onboarding processes, including payroll system setup and initial configuration.
Analyze and validate client-provided payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
Provide clear and effective communication to clients, addressing questions and resolving issues during onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of customer accounts.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications

Certification or Training: Payroll-related certification (e.g., CPP, FPC) or documented training in payroll processes is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or payroll onboarding.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Analytical skills for processing and validating client information.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience with payroll systems and platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, Gusto) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
