Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in QuickBooks, finance, payroll, and bookkeeping to manage all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting processes, able to handle all payments (including payroll and vendor disbursements), and ensure accurate record-keeping for our books. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, and familiarity with Google Sheets for financial tracking and reporting is preferred. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee and process all payments, including payroll, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring all accounts are up-to-date and reconciled in QuickBooks.
Payroll Processing: Handle the timely and accurate processing of employee payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.
Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track and manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely payments to vendors and proper collection of receivables.
Use of QuickBooks & Google Sheets: Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing financial data.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks for accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including data analysis and financial tracking.
Experience with payroll processing, including tax calculations and deductions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
Ability to generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to work with vendors, employees, and management.
A high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
