Payment Merchant Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Merchant Assistant to support our merchant in Lebanon and help process payment transactions 24/7. The role requires working from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the Phillippine Time zone, assisting with smooth and timely transaction processing.

Note that this job can be done part-time.

How it works?
1. You have access to the payment platform
2. You receive requests from clients
3. You validate the requests
4. You process the payment requests

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing P2P transactions for our merchant in Lebanon during the night shift (Phillippine Time Zone: 5 AM to 4 PM).
- Ensure transactions are completed within 20 minutes of receiving notification.
- Remain alert and responsive to any transaction issues or disputes that may arise during your shift.
- Communicate effectively with the merchant to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all transaction-related tasks.

Requirements:
- Based in the Philippines.
- Available to work during the assigned hours (11:00 PM to 10:00 AM Beirut Time).
- Ability to process transactions efficiently within 20 minutes.
- Highly alert and proactive in addressing transaction issues as they arise.
- The ability to manage another job while remaining committed and alert for the shift.
- Must pass a background check before employment begins.
