Pattern Maker for Luxury Fashion (Natural Fibers & Draped Silhouettes)

I’m looking for a skilled pattern maker who understands luxury fashion, draped silhouettes, and natural fabrics. If you have experience creating patterns for elegant, structured, or avant-garde designs, this could be a great fit.

This role is for someone who values fabric quality, movement, and precision. My brand is built around natural materials like cotton, linen, merino wool, and silk—nothing synthetic. The designs range from flowing, minimal, and sculptural to intricate, textural, and statement-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Turning my sketches into digital sewing patterns (DXF, AI, PDF)
• Creating patterns that work with natural fiber fabrics (cotton, linen, silk, merino wool)
• Grading patterns for different sizes (XS-XL)
• Providing basic construction notes and seam allowances

Who You Are:
• You have experience making patterns for real production, not just samples
• You understand how natural fibers behave and how draping changes with structure
• You appreciate subtle details and high-quality craftsmanship
• You’re comfortable translating unique silhouettes into well-executed patterns
• You’re looking for a long-term collaboration with room to grow

Bonus (Not Required but a Plus):
• Experience in luxury or sustainable fashion
• Familiarity with CLO3D or other 3D pattern-making tools
• Understanding of embroidery and textile detailing
