Patient Coordinator/Medical Assistant. Part-time $3.5-$4 per hour

Patient Coordinator/Medical Assistant. Part-time $3.5-$4 per hour.
4 hours per day Monday to Friday, 11am-3pm CST.

Prefer nurse who worked for home health before
Coordinating and Communicating Responsibilities (requires use of company phone calls and emails)

Conduct patient intake and process admission paperwork for home care patients
Monitor live scheduling electronic system
Take initiative and follow up with field staff
Update scheduling on our internal scheduling software as needed
Check insurance eligibility check and authorization

Filing and uploading digital files
Making changes to documentation as needed
Assist with other office duties as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks
Communicate and responds to inquiries on our internal scheduling software
Monitor and check QA clinical notes daily
A plus for those applicants with: experience in completing home health care plan, MD Orders, SN visit notes, med reconciliation; create and monitor care plan, recertification assessment

Education Requirement: Bachelor, or Higher education, Nurse degree

*Fast and reliable internet (minimum 50mbps)
*Fast and reliable computer (minimum I3 processor)
*Minimum 1 year of working overnight
*Minimum 1 year of working for American company or billing company for American healthcare providers
*Healthcare background with Home Health or history of working for healthcare clinic/agency or medical background
