We are now looking for a passionate Patient Care & Telesales Representative to join our remote team. This role combines delivering outstanding patient service while driving growth and reaching sales targets in a growing, dynamic industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Patient Care & Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive exceptional service and support. You will engage with patients, understand their needs, offer appropriate healthcare solutions, and follow up to ensure ongoing care. You will also be responsible for generating new opportunities, managing leads, and achieving sales targets within a telehealth setting.

You will work remotely with a supportive, professional team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This role involves high-quality patient consultation, managing existing relationships, and driving growth through effective telesales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Consultation: Engage with patients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate healthcare solutions in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.
- Sales Development: Actively pursue new sales opportunities, manage leads, and follow up with prospective patients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle patient inquiries, follow-up calls, and lead nurturing to ensure maximum patient satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop follow-up strategies, phone scripts, and email sequences to engage patients and prospects effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and patient consultations comply with clinic protocols and industry regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and ensure accurate record-keeping.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Medical Field Graduate: A degree in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Enthusiast: Passionate about sales, particularly within the alternative healthcare sector.
- Empathetic & Patient-Focused: Ability to provide compassionate care and build trusting relationships with patients.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales, retention, or target-driven roles is a plus.
- Phone Confidence: Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and patient consultations.
- Motivated & Driven: Strong desire to succeed and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with telehealth platforms, CRM systems, and Google Drive. Training on specific systems will be provided.
