Job Description: Passive Income Virtual Assistant – Build & Automate Revenue Streams

Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive Passive Income Virtual Assistant (VA) to create, automate, and scale multiple passive income streams. This role is for someone who understands digital marketing, content creation, automation tools, and advertising.

You will be responsible for setting up niche social media pages, creating and monetizing digital products, running ads, and building automation systems—all while training two additional VAs to scale these efforts.

This is a high-speed role where efficiency and execution matter. You will be tested on your ability to set things up quickly, optimize campaigns, and generate results within four weeks.

Training & Curriculum for VAs

Week 1: February 10th - 16th – Set Up Niche Social Media & Monetization Systems
You will:

Create Niche Social Media Pages for the following categories:
-Beauty, Gadgets, Baby, and AI
-Automate large-scale content creation & schedule at least 6 posts per day using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later.

Reverse-Engineer Competitor Strategies
-Identify top competitors' email, SMS, and affiliate marketing strategies.
-Mirror viral videos and ad content to create high-converting campaigns.

Create & Set Up Four Profitable Ad Types:
1. UGC (User-Generated Content) Ads – Influencer-style videos that feel organic.
2. AI-Generated Faceless Ads – Voiceover and stock video compilations.
3. Carousel & Collection Ads – Multiple product showcases in a single ad.
4. Retargeting & Lookalike Ads – Ads targeted to engaged audiences for higher conversions.

Launch Ads on Multiple Platforms:
-Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads

Build an Affiliate & Monetization Network
-Reach out to affiliate programs & onboard affiliates to promote products.
-Create AI-generated YouTube videos and audiobooks for passive income.
-Explore Amazon KDP, Fiverr, and other platforms for monetization opportunities.

Weeks 2 - 4: February 17th - March 8th – Analyze, Pivot, Grow, & Scale
You will:
-Monitor & Optimize Ads to improve conversions and lower costs.
-Adjust Social Media Content Strategy based on viral trends.
-Expand Affiliate & Influencer Network for higher ROI.
-Refine Automation Systems (Email, SMS, Funnels) to maximize passive income.
-Test New Monetization Avenues (e.g., digital courses, YouTube automation).

At the end of Week 4, we will evaluate the top-performing VAs to determine who moves to the next round.

Those who qualify will advance to Round 2, where they will scale operations, train additional VAs, and build more passive income systems.

-Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
-Experience with Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Kartra, or Teachable for course creation.
-Knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads.
-Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign.
