Partner Support / Sucess VA Agent for Affiliate Marketing Company

We are looking for a virtual assistant who will take care of our daily partner tech and account support activities.
The candidate will be the 1st point of contact of the company and communicate directly with potential and registered partners via email, chat, and phone introduce them to our company’s services, assist and provide them with technical support, and analyze their performance.

The right candidate must have the following skills:
- Great attention to detail and very organized.
- High research skills via search engines and social networks.
- Excellent human and communication relations.
- High level of patience and professionalism.
- English on a high / mother-tongue writing and speaking level is a Must /mandatory.
- Min of 1 year of Customer Support / Sales / Account Management experience is a MUST / mandatory.
- Internet savvy is a MUST / Mandatory.
- Affiliate Marketing / Digital Marketing Work Experience is an additional advantage.
- High MS Excel / Google spreadsheets and analysis skills.
- Ability to manage your own time.
- Willing to follow very specific instructions and procedures.
- Willing to work during night or weekend times.
- Full-time job – 160 hours per month.
