Part time video editor

I am looking for a part-time video editor for a side project. I anticipate needing around 20 hours of work per week. The project will involve editing approximately 5 to 7 videos each week, with each video containing about 20 minutes of raw footage that needs to be edited down to roughly 5 minutes.

The editing required is relatively straightforward and includes adding subtitles, pop-up graphics, B-roll, and cleaning up pauses and errors in the footage. It is preferred that the editing be done using Final Cut Pro so that the raw files remain usable for me.
