Company Overview:
We are a SaaS start-up that protects content creators, influencers, and brands from online impersonation and piracy. As we grow, we need a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our sales and marketing operations by creating and streamlining processes and creating critical reporting frameworks.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Salesforce Administrator to help us optimize our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on basic admin tasks, setting up reports for pipeline performance, opportunity management, and lead and contact conversion. The ideal candidate has a strong Salesforce background and experience working with early-stage companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Create and customize reports and dashboards for pipeline performance and opportunity tracking.
Set up lead and contact conversion tracking.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits and maintenance.
Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices to improve sales and marketing operations.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement system improvements.
Creating reports on customer behaviours, personas, and lifecycle stages.
Skills in setting up and reporting on various attribution models to evaluate channel performance.
Campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI).
Lead lifecycle metrics (source, nurturing stages, conversions).
Revenue attribution by campaign/channel.
Qualifications:
Essential: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce certification is a plus).
Familiarity with sales processes, particularly in SaaS or start-up environments.
Strong skills in report and dashboard creation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Availability for 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
