Part-Time or Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Admin, SEO, FBA, Web & Branding) – Long-Term Role with Growth Potential

About Me

I run two businesses:
• A health and wellness e-commerce brand (Shopify, Amazon)
• A new trading company – focused on educational content and options strategies with the goal of attracting monthly paying subscribers over time

I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful VA to help manage both, and potentially others in the future. You’ll be supporting a wide range of tasks across operations, branding, SEO, FBA, and web updates. I’m looking for a long-term partner—someone who wants to grow with me, take on more responsibility, and eventually transition to full-time work as the businesses scale.

Responsibilities
• Admin support: managing emails, calendar, task organization, and documentation
• Social media: scheduling posts, light engagement, and basic content coordination
• Blog support: formatting, publishing, and updating posts using WordPress or similar CMS
• Branding: creating and editing graphics using Canva, maintaining brand consistency
• Amazon FBA management: inventory tracking, listing optimization, account health support
• SEO: basic on-page optimization, keyword research, and light content tweaks
• Automation: setting up simple workflows using Zapier, Notion, and Google Workspace tools
• AI integration: effectively leveraging artificial intelligence tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to improve workflow, content quality, and overall efficiency
• Ad support (bonus): assisting with Meta/Google Ads setup and basic monitoring
• Research and general support: finding creative solutions to unique challenges, learning tools as needed

Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fast and reliable internet
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
• Strong time management and communication
• Experience with:
• WordPress or similar CMS
• Canva, Notion, Google Workspace
• Amazon Seller Central / FBA (preferred)
• SEO basics and keyword research
• Simple automations (Zapier, Airtable, or similar tools)
