We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations, streamline tasks, and contribute to the company's growth. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and proactive, we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations
Handle emails, scheduling, and data entry
Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives
Manage documents using PDF editing tools
Assist with lead generation and customer outreach
Social media management (a plus)

Requirements:

? Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Computer-savvy and a fast learner

? Must-have equipment:

Noise-canceling headset
High-speed internet connection
Printer
PDF editor software

? Preferred: Backup PC and headset
? Must be available to work at least two weekends per month
? Bonus skills: Sales, marketing, lead generation, and social media management

Compensation:

Salary will be based on experience and skill set brought to the role.
