We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and other no-code tools to help run the day-to-day operations of our growing fintech SaaS platform:
This role is part customer support, part tech operations, and part backend management. You’ll be the daily engine behind our automation, funnels, and client communications.
Responsibilities:
• Manage GoHighLevel dashboards, workflows, and automations
• Update and monitor funnels, forms, calendars, pipelines
• Handle incoming customer messages (GHL chat/SMS/email)
• Coordinate with tech team on bugs, updates, and onboarding
• Monitor payment flows and trigger notifications when needed
• Send weekly reports (trials, cancellations, partner leads, etc.)
Tools You Must Know (or Learn Quickly):
• GoHighLevel (required)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Stripe / NMI / Payments
• Framer / Zapier / AI tools (a plus but not required)
Requirements:
• Experience with GoHighLevel (non-negotiable)
• Excellent written English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Available 20–40 hours per week
• Stable internet + proactive communicator
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience supporting SaaS or credit repair/finance businesses
• Familiarity with AI chat widgets, automation tools, or Zapier
• Graphic design experience (Canva, screenshots, walkthroughs)
• Prior remote team experience
Salary & Benefits:
• Starting pay: $500–700/month based on experience
• Full-time potential after 30-day test
