???? Part-Time Virtual Assistant Needed for GHL, DM Monitoring, and Client Onboarding (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing AI Business Accelerator Bootcamp. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term position for the right person.

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Marketing Support + Lead Engagement
Monitor and manage Instagram DMs (reply to leads, handle follow-ups)

Research and comment on posts from potential clients to initiate warm engagement

Assist with UGC creator outreach and onboarding (starting soon)

?? GoHighLevel Admin
Manage and update our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM: pipelines, tagging, automations

Track leads through each funnel stage and flag drop-offs

???? Client Support & Onboarding
Respond to questions from leads and enrolled clients via DM or email

Send onboarding instructions and reminders to new Bootcamp enrollees

Support a smooth client experience from inquiry to completion

? Ideal Candidate:
Excellent written and spoken English (this is a must!)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience with DM handling, customer service, or CRM tools

Familiar with GoHighLevel (or quick learner)

Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative

Comfortable working during U.S. business hours

???? Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or high-ticket programs

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Instantly, Trello, Kajabi, or GHL

Sales support or customer service background

? Hours + Pay:
Starting part-time: ~20–25 hours/week

Must be available during U.S. business hours for DM replies and lead support

Pay: $800–$1,200/month (based on experience + availability)

Opportunity to grow into full-time role with bonuses and increased responsibility
