About Riskophia:
Riskophia is a faith-driven startup revolutionizing healthcare compliance for small and medium-sized healthcare businesses. Our AI-powered platform automates regulatory updates, policy generation, and compliance training. As we prepare for our soft launch in July 2025, we need a skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to drive marketing, sales, customer engagement, and product testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach: Execute
Customer Onboarding & Webinars: Develop user guides, onboarding workflows, and instructional materials. Plan and manage webinars to educate potential users.
Product Demos & Sales Support: Conduct at least five product demos per month, gather feedback, and work with the sales team to convert users.
Product Testing & Developer Collaboration: Test the Riskophia platform, provide user feedback, and work with developers to refine features and improve user experience.
Event & Partnership Support: Assist with Web Summit and Elevate Toronto preparation, outreach to potential partners, and creation of marketing materials.
Project Management & Reporting: Use ClickUp, MS Planner, and Trello to track marketing tasks, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, sales, content creation, and customer onboarding.
Strong writing and SEO optimization skills.
Familiarity with webinars, CRM tools, and lead generation.
Ability to test software, identify usability issues, and collaborate with developers.
Proficiency with ClickUp, MS Planner, Trello, Mailchimp, Canva, and SEO tools.
Performance Metrics:
1,500+ waitlist signups by April 2025.
Two webinars per quarter with 80% attendance.
Five product demos per month with structured feedback.
Three usability improvements per quarter based on customer insights.
